Shan Surgical & Co. is located at No. 42 on Fifth Cross, right off Magadi Road. We’re on the same stretch as the Post Office Road, which makes us pretty easy to find if you’re in the neighborhood. We’ve been dealing in surgical supplies for a good long time now. The shop is filled with all sorts of medical equipment, from the small stuff like bandages to more specialized tools. It’s not a shiny, modern boutique; it’s more of a warehouse-style setup where we keep everything organized so we can find it fast when someone calls. We know that the people buying from us usually need things quickly, so we try not to waste time with small talk. We just check the inventory and get the order ready. The building is an older one, and it gets a bit dusty, but we keep the supplies clean and ready to go. It’s just a few of us working here, and we’ve learned the business by doing it year after year. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. People find us because they know we have what they need in stock. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to actually tidy up the shelves. We’re just a local business trying to supply the hospitals and clinics around here without making a big fuss about it. It’s straightforward work, and it keeps us busy.
