Carl Zeiss India Pte Ltd is situated at 22, Kensington Road, over in Ulsoor. It’s a pretty decent spot in the city. The building isn't a skyscraper, just a regular place where we get our work done. Ulsoor has a lot of history, and you can feel it when you walk around Kensington Road. Inside our office, things are kept fairly simple. We have our desks, our equipment, and some chairs that have seen better days. Carl Zeiss India Pte Ltd isn't about flashy signs or big slogans. We just show up in the morning and handle whatever tasks are on the list. Some of us walk to work because the local area is quite nice for a stroll. We don't really have a big corporate culture here. It feels more like a small team just doing their part. The windows look out onto the street, and we see the same people passing by every day. It’s a comfortable routine. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just working at 22, Kensington Road. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we take a break for some tea. It's a very human way of working. There's no pressure to look perfect all the time. We just focus on the job at hand and keep things moving forward. It’s a quiet building mostly, and we like that. The neighbors are mostly other offices and some small shops.
