Even though the name says Mumbai, we are actually located in Malleswaram, Bangalore. We are in Mithila Apartment, unit S2. It’s on 4th Temple Road, right near 16th Cross. Malleswaram has that old feel to it, which I like. The streets are lined with big trees. Our office is inside an apartment building, so it feels very private. We do a lot of consulting work here. It’s mostly sitting at desks and talking to people on the phone. The 16th cross area is usually busy with people going to the temples or the market. We get a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. There is a specific smell of jasmine and incense in the air around here in the mornings. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door. The rooms are a bit small but we fit everyone in. We have a small pantry where we make coffee. It’s not the kind of place with a gym or a cafeteria. We just work. It’s a very local vibe. Most of us walk to the bus stop or take an auto. It’s a simple setup for people who just want to get their work done without any fuss. The 4th Temple Road is a nice landmark for people trying to find us.
