Macro Computers

Macro Computers is located in the Rajajinagar area, specifically at No.3/4 on the 1st Cross in the 6th Block. It’s a pretty standard, no-nonsense spot in this part of Bangalore. We’ve been at this address for long enough that most of the other local shopkeepers on the street know us by name. Our workspace is purely functional and doesn't have any unnecessary decorations. We have several long workbenches and a lot of metal shelving for spare parts and old components we’ve salvaged over the many years we've been open. It’s definitely not the kind of place where you’ll find soft carpets or expensive paintings on the walls. We just have our tools, our testing monitors, and our computers. The street outside can get very busy with people going about their daily business, but inside the shop, we just focus on the hardware task we have in front of us. Sometimes we have three or four different machines completely taken apart at the same time. It can look a bit chaotic with all the different wires and motherboards lying around, but there is a definite system to the mess. We don’t have a big company philosophy or any corporate slogans. We just show up every morning, roll up the heavy metal shutters, and see what kind of work the day brings our way. Most of the people who come into the shop are from the surrounding residential blocks. We talk about the rain while we work.
