Macmillan Indai Ltd

Macmillan Indai Ltd is based out of the OMBR Layout in Bangalore. You can find us at number 343 on the III Main road. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, though it’s changed a lot over the years. We’ve been here for a bit, handling the publishing and book-related work that we do. It’s a busy office, but it’s not corporate in the way some people might think. We have stacks of papers and books everywhere, and the phones ring quite a bit. It’s just how we work. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of Bangalore. We don’t have any big signs or neon lights, just our name at the entrance. The people who work here are mostly into their books and editing. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days it can get a bit chaotic. That’s just the nature of the business. III Main is easy enough to find if you know OMBR. We’re just regular folks doing our jobs. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows each other. It makes the day go by faster when you're working with people you like. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing; we just focus on getting the books out and making sure the text is right. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. It is just part of being in publishing.
