We are located at 2Ec-902, 2E Cross, in the Kalyan Nagar area of Bengaluru. It’s a busy part of the city near Banaswadi. Machines Boucherie India Pvt. Ltd. isn't some massive corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a practical place where we handle machine stuff. The 1st Block is usually quite active with people moving around all the time. Getting here through the Bengaluru traffic can be a pain, but we manage. Inside, it’s mostly about technical work and making sure things are running right. We have a small team and everyone pretty much does a bit of everything. There isn't much hierarchy. If a box needs moving or a call needs taking, whoever is free does it. We drink a lot of coffee from the place around the corner. The office has piles of manuals and spare parts sitting on desks. It’s not perfectly organized, but we get the jobs done. Customers come by sometimes, and we just talk to them normally. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us. Sometimes the rainy season makes things a bit slow, but we keep at it. Bengaluru is a tech city, but we feel more like a local workshop type of place. Just regular people doing regular work day in and day out on 9th A Main. The days are long, but we like the neighborhood.
