Maars India Pvt Ltd has its office at number 62 on the 2nd Main Road in Kushal Nagar. We’re in the 560045 area of Bangalore. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and houses all mixed together. We’ve been in this specific spot for quite some time now. Our office isn't one of those high-tech spaces with bean bags and free snacks. It’s a plain, functional workspace where we get our daily tasks done. We deal with various business operations, mostly on the administrative and technical side. A lot of our time is spent on the computer or on the phone coordinating things. Being on the 2nd Main Road means we get a lot of local traffic passing by. We don't really do much to promote ourselves; we just focus on the work we have in front of us. Some days it feels like we’re drowning in paperwork, but we eventually get through it. Kushal Nagar is a good place to be because it feels connected to the rest of Bangalore without being too overwhelming. Our team is small, and we all know each other well. We don't have fancy titles or a strict corporate hierarchy. We just work together to make sure everything runs as it should. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us. We just show up, do the work, and go home, which is about as honest as it gets for a business like ours.
