Maa Paying Guest

We are located at 102 BTM Layout, right on the HAL Airport road. It’s a pretty busy part of the city, especially with all the traffic heading towards the airport. Being in Kodhi halli means there is always something going on outside our door. Most people find us because we are directly opposite Jayadeva Hospital, which is a big landmark around here. Maa Paying Guest has been in this spot for some time now. The building isn’t anything fancy, just a regular place where people come to stay when they are working or studying in Bangalore. You can hear the ambulances sometimes because of the hospital, but you get used to that after a few days. The rooms are what they are, and we try to keep things running okay. It’s a lot of work managing a PG, honestly. There is always someone checking in or out, or something that needs fixing in the kitchen or one of the bathrooms. BTM is a good area though, plenty of shops and places to eat within walking distance. We see a lot of different people coming through here, some stay for a month and some stay for years. It’s just how it goes. The HAL road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so most of the folks living here try to leave early. Anyway, that’s where we are, right there on the main road across from the big hospital. We just keep our heads down and try to make the place feel a bit like home for the residents.
