Our space is more traditional, with walls and doors that don't always close quite right if the weather is humid. We handle management stuff, which keeps us pretty occupied from Monday to Saturday. India is a busy place to do business, and Bangalore is right in the middle of it all. The 8th Main road gets a lot of traffic, so we hear the honking and the buses all day long. It’s just the background noise of our lives now. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re more important than we are. We’re just consultants trying to help other businesses get their acts together. Sometimes we run out of tea bags or the printer jams, and we just deal with it like anyone else would. It’s a real office with real people. There’s nothing fake about how we run things. We like being in Kalyan Nagar and we plan to stay for a while yet.
