M V Vijayakumar Transport

M V Vijayakumar Transport is based out of Vijaya Nagar, at number 70. It is a fairly central location which makes it easier for us to get around. We have been here for a good while, and the neighborhood has changed a lot since we first opened the doors. We started with just one vehicle and expanded slowly over the years as more work came our way. Now, we have a small fleet that keeps us pretty busy from sunrise to sunset. The office is small and simple. We have a few ledgers and a lot of keys hanging on the wall by the door. Most of our day is spent on the phone talking to drivers or coordinating with people who have stuff to move. It’s a lot of logistical work that keeps you on your toes. We handle all sorts of goods, mostly for local businesses and families moving houses. Vijaya Nagar is a lively area, so there is always something happening outside our window. We don't do much advertising; most people just see our name on the side of the trucks or hear about us from their neighbors. It’s a regular, honest living. We try to keep the vehicles in good shape because a breakdown is the last thing anyone wants when they are in a hurry. That is pretty much how we spend our days.
