M T P Employed is based over at 82/C Yeshwantpur on Viharlake Road. We are pretty close to Varamalakshmi Motors, which is a big spot everyone knows around here. Being in Yeshwantpur, we are right in the middle of all the industrial and commercial hustle. The office is a simple space where we handle employment-related things. It’s not very big, just some desks and chairs where we sit and talk to people who come in. The road outside can get quite dusty and noisy with all the trucks and cars going by, but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time looking at paperwork and talking to folks who are looking for work or companies needing help with staffing. It’s basic, honest work. We don't have a glossy reception area or a fancy coffee machine for guests. People usually just come in, state what they need, and we see what we can do to help them out. Some days are slower than others, but there is always something to file or a person to call. We like being near Varamalakshmi Motors because it helps people find us without too much trouble. Navigating Yeshwantpur can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, so having a good landmark is helpful. We just keep our heads down and do the job from this little corner of the city. There isn't much more to it than that. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized.
