Down here on Kanakapura Road near the Outer Ring Road 5, things move pretty fast. M S Sumukh Communications is located where a lot of people pass by on their way to work. We started this place because we saw how many people needed a reliable spot for their communication needs. Whether it’s a quick recharge or fixing a connectivity issue, we’re here. The shop is simple and we like it that way. We don't have those big TV screens showing ads. It’s just us, some chairs, and the equipment we need to do the job. The traffic outside is constant, but once you step inside, it’s a bit calmer. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their plans and what works for their budget. Everyone is trying to save a bit of money, so we help where we can. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years with all the new construction, but we’re still right here. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you’re usually talking to someone who actually cares if your problem gets solved. We aren't part of some big chain. We just focus on the people who live and work around Kanakapura Road. It’s decent work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening most days of the week. We just try to keep things simple for everyone.
