M S Rice Corner

We are located right on the Main Road in R T Nagar, Bangalore. If you live around here, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. M S Rice Corner is mostly about the basic stuff people need for their kitchens every day. We carry different types of rice in those big jute bags you see stacked up near the entrance. It gets a bit dusty sometimes because of all the traffic on the main road outside, but we try to sweep it out every morning. Bangalore weather is usually okay, but when it rains, the shop feels a bit cramped because we move everything inside to keep it dry. It's a busy street with lots of bikes parked everywhere. People come in asking for specific grains or just whatever is fresh that week. We don't have a huge staff or anything, just a couple of us helping people carry heavy bags to their scooters. The shelves aren't always perfectly straight, and sometimes we run out of one thing while we have too much of another. That’s just how it goes here. We’ve been in this part of Ganganagar for a while now. It’s a good spot because everyone passes by on their way home from work. It’s noisy and loud outside with all the horns honking, but inside it smells like raw grain and earth. We just stay busy and keep the bags filled. Sometimes the scale is a bit finicky, so we check it twice.
