M R K Telelink is our small business located over in Sahakara Nagar near Shivanand Garden in Kothrud. We spend our days dealing with phones and connectivity stuff. It’s a pretty lively area to work in. There is always something going on outside our windows. Inside, it’s mostly just us surrounded by cables, handsets, and chargers. We started this because we knew a lot about how these systems work and wanted to put that to use. We don't have a big corporate team or fancy titles. We just answer the phones and help people get their communication devices sorted out. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with wires everywhere, but we manage to keep track of what goes where. Kothrud is a good place for a shop like ours because there are so many homes and small offices nearby that need help with their links. We aren't doing anything revolutionary. We just provide a place where you can get your telecomm needs handled without a lot of fuss. Most of our regulars are people from the nearby streets who know us by name. We like it that way. It makes the workday feel a bit more personal. We usually have a pot of coffee going and the door is open most of the day unless it’s raining hard. We just keep doing what we do, one phone line at a time.
