We are located on Yeshwantpur Bazar Road, right near Bapu School. It’s a very local spot, and you can hear the kids playing during their breaks. Our office is pretty modest, just a place where people can come in and talk about finding a job. We see all kinds of people, from young kids just out of school to older folks looking for a change. It’s a lot of sitting across a desk and looking through papers. We don't have any big promises or fancy software to match people; we just listen to what they need and try to point them in the right direction. Bazar Road is always busy with shoppers and vendors, so there’s a lot of energy outside our door. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with the noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend our days making phone calls to different businesses around the area to see who is hiring. It’s simple, honest work. We don't pretend to be some big international firm. We are just a local service trying to help our neighbors find a way to earn a living. The office is small and often filled with resumes and folders. We just do our bit every day, hoping that the person who walked in this morning finds a good spot by the end of the week. It keeps us humble and connected to the community here.
