M M Management & Placement Services is located in Yeshwantpur, inside Mittal Tower at number 458. It’s one of those big buildings where you can easily get turned around if you aren’t paying attention to the signs. We spend most of our days in here, staring at screens or talking on the phone. The lift in Mittal Tower is sometimes slow, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we’d like. Our office has those fluorescent lights that hum a little bit if you listen closely. It’s a functional space with a lot of grey desks and blue chairs that have seen better days. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for those long afternoons. People come in and out for meetings, and the hallway always smells a bit like floor cleaner. We don’t have a big fancy sign, just a small one on the door so people know they’ve found the right room. Yeshwantpur is always buzzing, and being in the tower means we see a lot of the action from the windows. The desks are usually messy with post-it notes stuck everywhere. We don’t worry too much about keeping everything perfect as long as the work is getting done. It’s just a normal office where we put in our hours and try to stay organized amidst the clutter.
