M M Food Products

Over in Malleshwaram, specifically at Tulsiwadi number 10, is where we have M M Food Products. It is a residential-feeling area, which is something we really like about being here. The smell of whatever we happen to be making usually drifts out of the windows and into the street. We have been here for many years, and the neighbors have gotten very used to us by now. The building is an older one, marked as number 10, and it has a lot of character. Inside, we have our basic equipment and several tables for packing the goods. It is a lot of manual work for us. We are not some big factory with giant machines doing every single task. Most of it is still done by hand, from measuring the ingredients to sealing up the bags. It gets pretty busy around mid-morning. We have to keep everything very clean, so we spend a significant amount of time scrubbing down the surfaces and floors. Malleshwaram is a great part of the city, even with the narrow streets and the constant difficulty of finding a place to park. Sometimes we run out of certain supplies and have to make a quick trip to the local market. It is a small operation. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the food we produce and hope that the people enjoy it. The lighting inside is a bit dim, but we know the space well.
