M G T Transport is down at 10 Kalasipalyam in the Sanghvinagar area. We are right at Parihar Chowk, just opposite K S V Nilaya. If you’ve ever been to Kalasipalyam, you know it’s the heart of the transport world around here. There are trucks and lorries everywhere you look. It’s loud and dusty, but that’s where the work is. We’ve been operating from this spot for years. The office is small and tucked away, but it serves its purpose. We spend our mornings talking to drivers and making sure the loads are ready to go. Sometimes we stay late into the night waiting for a shipment to arrive. It’s not the cleanest job, and your clothes usually end up smelling like diesel by the end of the day. We have a few regulars who have been using us since we first opened. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth usually does the trick. Parihar Chowk is a landmark for most people, so they find us easily enough. We keep a pot of coffee going most of the time because the hours are long. It's a family thing, really. My uncle started it and then I took over the daily stuff. We don't have a big corporate structure, just a few of us making sure things move from point A to point B. It’s hard work but it’s what we know.
