If you walk down Ganigarpet near the Jasodanagar Cross Road, you’ll find our place. It’s M D Metal. We deal with all kinds of metal pieces, mostly iron and steel. It’s a noisy place to work because there’s always something being moved or cut. The floors are usually covered in a bit of dust and metal shavings, which is just how a workshop like this is. We aren't here to look pretty; we’re here to handle the materials that come in. Some days we have a lot of scrap to sort through, and other days we are busy with specific orders. The cross road is usually crowded with carts and trucks, so getting stuff in and out takes some patience. We have a small crew and we’ve all got callouses on our hands from the work. It’s heavy work, and you have to be careful with where you step and how you lift. The building isn't anything special, just a solid place to store the inventory and keep the machines. We don't spend much on decorations because it would just get dirty anyway. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for something specific for a project or a build. We just check the weights, give them a price, and get it sorted. It’s straightforward, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. We have been at this address for a long time now.
