M A M Chicken Centre

M A M Chicken Centre is based out on Hosahalli Main Road, in the Camp Cantonment 1 area. It is a pretty busy road with a lot of movement throughout the day. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The building is simple and doesn't have any of those modern glass fronts. We just have our name, M A M Chicken Centre, and that’s how people find us. It’s a practical space designed for work. We don't have much in the way of customer seating or anything like that because that’s not what we do. The noise from the Hosahalli Main Road is something you just learn to ignore after the first week. We get a lot of people passing by on their way to other parts of the Cantonment. It’s a good spot because people can see us from the road. We just focus on getting through the daily list of things to do. Sometimes the rain makes the road a mess, but we just keep the door open and keep going. We don’t have a big website or anything, just this physical location where we show up every day. It’s a basic way of doing things, but it works for us. We are just part of the local scenery on the main road. The morning light is the best time here before the traffic really picks up.
