Lotus Events And Conferences India Pvt Ltd is based in Jayanagar 4th Block, specifically at number 20 on 28th Cross. It’s a decent area to work in, though finding a place to park our vehicles can be a struggle some days. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We’re just a team of people who spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and seating charts. Most of our day is spent on the computer or talking to people about how many mics they need for a meeting. It’s a lot of coordination and logistical stuff. We don’t have a fancy showroom. Our office is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of half-empty coffee mugs. We handle conferences and meetings, which means we have to be very careful with the timing. Jayanagar is a busy part of town and we’ve been here for quite a while. We don’t use any of those big mission statements. We just try to make sure the projectors work and the chairs are lined up right. Sometimes a speaker cancels or the food is late, and we just have to deal with it quietly. It’s a lot of behind-the-scenes work that most people don’t see. We aren't looking for awards or anything. We just want the meeting to go through without anyone complaining about the sound or the room temperature. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy.
