Looking Good Furniture

We have been here on the Ring Road in Banashankari 3rd Stage for a while now, right across from Kamakya Theatre. It’s a busy spot, especially when a big movie releases and the traffic gets a bit much. Most days we are just here moving sofas around and making sure the dining tables look alright on the floor. People walk in after seeing a show or while they’re out doing their weekend shopping. It gets dusty with all the vehicles passing by, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the glass and the wood. We started Looking Good Furniture because there was a need for a shop that didn't feel too stiff or expensive. The space inside isn't huge, but we pack it with whatever we think looks decent. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck in the lane behind 113/Y-7, and we have to help the driver navigate out. It’s just us and a few helpers most of the time. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a shop where you can sit on a chair to see if it’s comfortable. We know most of the neighbors and the tea stall guy nearby. It is a simple setup. We deal with wood, fabric, and sometimes the headache of a late shipment. If you are near the theatre, you probably saw our sign. We are usually here until the evening when the streetlights come on and the last show starts.
