Logix Microsystems Limited is situated at 177/2C in the Bilekahalli Industrial Area, just off Bannerghatta Road. It’s an area with a lot of history and plenty of other businesses around. Being in an industrial area means the building is built for work, not for show. We have high ceilings and enough space for our hardware and the software teams to do their thing. Bannerghatta Road is always crowded, so you get used to the noise of the traffic and the buses passing by. Our office is a bit lived-in. There are stacks of papers, some old computer parts in the corners, and cables running along the walls in places. It shows that we’ve been busy. We don't worry too much about having a perfect-looking office. As long as the internet is fast and the coffee machine works, we’re mostly happy. The staff here is a mix of older guys who have seen it all and some younger ones just starting out. We mostly just talk across the desks rather than sending a bunch of emails to people sitting three feet away. Lunchtime usually involves someone going out to get food for a few others. It’s a simple routine. We come in, tackle the problems we have for the day, and try to get things shipped or finished on time. It’s a steady, no-frills kind of existence in a hardworking part of town.
