Lobostaffing Solution in Balaghat. We are located near Sardar Patelcollege O Technology. It's a quiet area called Gaikhuri. Being near a college means we see a lot of students. We help people find jobs, mostly staffing stuff for different industries. Balaghat is a nice place, not too fast like the big metros. We have an office that stays pretty cool even when it’s hot outside because of the trees nearby. We spend our time talking to candidates and looking at their papers. Sometimes they are nervous, so we give them some water and tell them to relax. We aren't experts at everything, but we know the local market well. Most of us grew up around here or in nearby parts of M.P. The office is simple. We have some plastic chairs and a few computers that we bought a couple of years back. We don't have a marketing team or anything. We just talk to the managers at the local plants and see who they need to hire. It’s a small operation. My brother helps with the accounts on weekends. We try to be helpful when someone comes in looking for a way to earn. It’s just a regular office doing regular work. We close up early on Saturdays to spend time with family. It’s a good life here in Balaghat and we’re glad to be part of the community. We've been at this for several years now and it stays busy.
