Lobo Staffing Solution

You can find us over at house number 148 in the T.Rajiv Gandhi Layout. It’s in J.B.Kaval, which is a bit out of the way for some people in Bangalore. It’s a quiet enough area, mostly residential houses around us. We use this space to handle all our staffing stuff. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a place where we can sit down and get through the paperwork. We have people dropping off their papers and asking about work all the time. It gets a bit busy in the mornings. We try to keep everything organized, but with so many names and numbers, it’s a struggle some days. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just a functional workspace. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to different companies and seeing what they need. It’s a lot of back and forth. Some days we feel like we’re making progress and other days it feels like we’re just running in circles. But that’s just how this kind of work goes. We’ve been at this address for a while and we like the neighborhood. It’s peaceful compared to the city center. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There’s no big secret to it, just a lot of lists and a lot of phone calls.
