Livewire Events

Livewire Events is a small crew based in Bangalore. We spend most of our time on our feet, running around various venues and making sure things are where they need to be. Organizing events is a lot more about moving boxes and checking cables than people think. We aren't the type to sit in an office all day wearing ties. Most of us are more comfortable in jeans and sneakers because there's always something to lift or carry. We've handled all sorts of gatherings across the city, from small local meetups to slightly bigger functions. It’s often quite chaotic behind the scenes, but we've gotten used to the rush. Things don't always go exactly as planned, so we've learned how to fix problems on the fly with whatever we have on hand. Sometimes that means a lot of tape and some quick thinking. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who saw us working at another event and asked for our number. We like it that way because it keeps things honest. Bangalore is a great place for this kind of work because there's always something happening somewhere. We just show up, do the heavy lifting, and try to make sure everything stays on track. It’s hard work and the hours are usually pretty late, but it’s what we do. We aren't afraid of a bit of sweat and hard work, because that is the only way these things actually happen.
