We are tucked away at Shop No. 3 in Spa Plaza, right at No. 1094. It isn't a massive storefront, but we have been here for a good while now. Most of our days are spent looking at computer screens or digging through boxes of cables and parts. Unlike those big retailers with shiny floors and people in suits, we just wear our regular clothes and focus on getting things done. If your laptop is acting up or you need a specific cable, you just come in and ask. Stacks of gear sit on our shelves and sometimes it looks a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. Because the plaza is usually busy, there’s always something going on outside. The local feel of this place is something we really like. Knowing the other shop owners around here makes it feel like home. There is no fancy mission statement or corporate talk in this shop. Fixing what's broken and selling what people need for their offices is our main thing. If the phone doesn't get answered right away, we are probably in the middle of a repair, but we always call back. It’s a small operation and that’s exactly how we want it. Over the years, we have seen a lot of different tech come and go. Every day, we just keep at it and help whoever walks through the door.
