Lic Housing Loans

We’ve been running Lic Housing Loans from this spot on S K Bole Road for quite a few years now. If you look for the Canara Building right across from Cash Parma, you will find us up on the second floor. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office with desks and plenty of paper files everywhere. Gangenahalli is usually busy, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. Most days, we are just sitting here going through loan applications and checking documents for people who want to buy a house. It is a lot of back and forth with the paperwork, and sometimes the process takes longer than anyone wants, but that is just how it goes with property stuff. We know most of the shopkeepers around here and see the same faces every morning when we open up. People drop by mostly to ask questions about how much they can get or why a certain form is needed. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us trying to keep things organized. You might have to wait a bit if we are busy with another client, but we usually have the fan on and some chairs. It feels like a local spot because it is. We deal with the regular bank stuff and try to make sense of the rules for whoever walks in from the street.
