You can find Lic Housing Finance Ltd over at 48/2 Kengeri on the 1st Floor of the Pawar Complex. We are located very close to the masjid which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. Our office is usually filled with the sound of people talking and the hum of the ceiling fans trying to keep us cool. We deal with all the paperwork that comes with housing finance which means there are always stacks of files and documents on every desk. People come in from all over Kengeri to talk to us about their plans for buying a home or to check on their applications. It can get quite crowded in our waiting area on certain days of the week. We spend a lot of our time looking at bank statements and filling out forms on the computer. It is a lot of repetitive work but it is important for the people who are trying to get their own place to live. We don't have a very fancy setup here in the Pawar Complex but it works for what we need to do. The staff is just regular people who know the rules and try to help everyone get their papers in order. Sometimes the process takes a long time and people get impatient but we just keep working through the pile. It is just a normal office job in a busy building.
