Lic Housing Finance Ltd

The office is on the ground floor of the Jeevan Soudha LIC Building in JP 1st Phase. It’s 19/19 on the main road. Being on the ground floor means we see everyone who walks into the building. Lic Housing Finance Ltd has been here for a long time. It’s a big government-style building, so it feels very solid and a bit old-fashioned. We deal with a lot of people coming in for loans or asking about their papers. There’s always a bit of a queue, and the fans are usually humming in the background. It gets busy in the mornings, and the paperwork can pile up on the desks if we aren't careful. We just try to help everyone who sits down at the counter. The area around JP 1st Phase is nice, with lots of trees and little shops nearby. Sometimes we go out for a quick walk during the break just to get some fresh air. The building itself is a landmark, so people don't usually have trouble finding us once they are on the road. It’s not a fast-paced place, but we keep things moving as best as we can. We’ve got our routine down and we stick to it every day. It’s just a regular office where we do our bit to help people get their houses sorted. The chairs in the waiting area are a bit worn out, but they do the job. We've seen many families come through these doors over the years. We just carry on.
