The shop is located right on the 9th Cross in Indira Nagar, 1st Stage. Being on the 2nd Main makes it easy for folks to drop by when their phones act up. We’ve seen all sorts of issues here, from screens that look like spiderwebs to batteries that just won't hold a charge anymore. It's a small place at number 3, and we keep it pretty simple inside. There’s a counter where you hand over your device and a few chairs if you need to wait. It gets noisy sometimes with the tools and people talking. We deal with LG mobiles mostly, trying to figure out what’s wrong under the hood. Most of the time, it’s just a matter of parts and patience. Some days are packed and we’re working late under the tube lights, and other days it’s quiet enough to have an extra cup of coffee. The traffic in Indira Nagar is usually a mess, so we tell people to come early if they can. We don't do much besides fixing what’s broken. It’s not a showroom, just a service spot where we keep the screwdrivers and spare parts ready. We’ve been at this for a while now, so we’ve seen the models change from those old buttons to these big glass screens everyone has now. It’s a lot of sitting and looking at tiny screws, but it’s what we do. We just keep the shop open and see what the next repair brings.
