Our office is at Number 18 in Jayanagar. It is a pretty quiet spot most of the time, though we do get people dropping by to ask about work. We spend most of our hours looking through papers and talking to folks who are trying to find their next job. Jayanagar is a nice part of town to be in. It feels a bit more relaxed than some of the newer areas. We have a small team here. We mostly just sit at the computers and make calls. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it is just us catching up on emails. We don't have any big signs or anything too flashy out front. It is just a regular office where we try to match people with whatever openings we hear about. It isn't always easy because the job market changes so fast. We see a lot of different people coming through the door. Some are just starting out and others have been working for decades. We try to keep things simple and just tell people what we know. There isn't much point in making it complicated. If you are walking around Jayanagar, you might pass right by us without noticing. We like it that way. It keeps the atmosphere calm so we can actually focus on the paperwork. It’s just what we do every day. We aren't some big corporate agency, just a local spot in the neighborhood.
