Lead-Talent Acquisition Unit

We are the Lead-Talent Acquisition Unit based out of Maha Gauri Apartments. It’s Flat 102 on the first floor, located in Survey 14 of MLA Layout. RMV 2nd Stage is a pretty nice part of Bangalore, a bit quieter than the main hubs but still busy enough. We focus on finding people for jobs, which sounds simple but takes up all our time. We sit in this apartment-turned-office and just work through our lists. It feels more like a home than a sterile office, which we actually like. There’s a kitchen where we make tea and a balcony where you can see the street. We don’t have a big HR department with hundreds of people. It’s just a small group trying to match the right person with the right role. We get calls at all hours and sometimes we’re still looking at profiles late into the evening. The 560094 area is where we operate. People come by for interviews, and we try to make them feel comfortable since it’s just a flat in a residential building. It’s practical and it works for us. We don’t go in for big marketing talk. We just know who we need and we go out and find them. It’s a lot of networking and just talking to people to see what they’re actually looking for in a career.
