Leading Recruitment Firm

We are a recruitment firm based in Bangalore, and we operate out of House 16. It’s not a big commercial building; it’s just a house that we’ve converted into our office space. This gives it a much more personal feel than your average workplace. We spend our days talking to people who are looking for work and companies that need new staff. It’s a lot of listening and trying to figure out where someone might fit in. Because we are in a house, it’s a bit more relaxed here. We have a small kitchen and a garden where we can take a breather when things get too busy. We don’t have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, one of us just answers the door. We’ve been doing this for a while and we know the Bangalore job market pretty well. It’s a city that’s always changing, so there’s never a dull moment. We don't use a lot of corporate talk or complicated processes. We just talk to people and try to help them out. It’s a small operation, but we like it that way. It allows us to focus on the people instead of just the numbers. We drink a lot of tea and keep things moving every day. Sometimes the cat from next door comes in, and we don't really mind. It's just a regular place where work happens.
