Leading Consultancy

If you’re looking for us, we’re tucked away in Madiwala. We are actually inside or right by the New Shantiniketan Ladies Hostel on 20th Main. It’s a very busy part of Maruthi Nagar. There is always something happening outside, usually a lot of traffic and people walking to the bus stops. Leading Consultancy is just a small operation. We have some desks and a few chairs for visitors. It’s not a fancy setup. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy with the daily work to worry much about that. We help people with their job searches and paperwork. Being near a hostel means there’s always a lot of activity around. We hear the sounds of the city all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a big reception desk. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. Most of us have been working here in Bangalore for years. We know how hard it is to find the right path, so we just sit down and chat. It’s a practical place. We keep our files in old cabinets and use whatever computers we have. It works for us. We’re just regular people trying to make a living in a crowded city. The tea shop downstairs is our favorite place to take a break.
