We work out of house number 807 on 9th Main in Kalyan Nagar. It’s the HRBR Layout area, specifically near 5th Cross. It’s a decent part of Bangalore, a bit more residential and quiet than some of the other spots. Our office is just a regular building where we handle HR stuff. We help people find jobs and help companies find workers, but we don't make a big show of it. The office has some desks, a few phones that seem to ring at the same time, and a small area where we can talk to people who come in for interviews. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment at all. We try to keep things relaxed because looking for a job is stressful enough as it is. Most of us live nearby, so we don’t have to deal with the worst of the Bangalore traffic every day. We know the local shops and where to get the best tea in the afternoon. Sometimes we get a lot of people walking in without appointments, and we just do our best to help them out. The building is easy to spot once you're on 9th Main. We’ve got a small sign out front so people don't get lost. It’s a practical office for a practical job. We just keep our heads down and work through the stack of resumes on our desks. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to get people into the right roles.
