Laratrias Global Career Services is located over at 1093/1 Rajajinagar on N C Kelkar Road. It’s a pretty decent spot to work from. Rajajinagar is always full of life, and N C Kelkar Road gets its fair share of traffic throughout the day. Our office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a regular workspace with computers, some filing cabinets, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. We spend a lot of time talking to people and trying to figure things out. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all just sit around waiting for it to come back, which gives us time to catch up. It’s a very human way of working. We don't have those big glass walls or fancy coffee machines. Usually, we just get some tea from the guy down the street. It’s nice being in this part of town because everything you need is right there. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know our names. The days go by fast because there’s always something to do. Whether it’s answering emails or sorting through paperwork, we just keep at it. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s business and help out when someone is falling behind. It’s not fancy, but it works for us and the people who come to see us. We are just a group of people trying to make things happen.
