Lancesoft. Inc is situated in Manohara Plazaa, which is at 7/1 near the Kundalahalli Gate. We are right in the Brookfield area on ITPL Road. This is a very busy part of Bangalore, full of tech parks and shops. Our office in the plaza is pretty straightforward. We don't have the big flashy signs like some of the other companies around here. It’s just a place where we get our work done. Most of the time, we are busy with staffing and recruitment tasks, helping people find jobs and companies find workers. The office has a few meeting rooms that are almost always full. It can be a bit noisy because of the traffic on ITPL Road, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We have a small team that handles the daily operations. We don't use fancy slogans or try to sound bigger than we are. People usually find us because they are looking for work in the IT sector. The area around Kundalahalli Gate has changed so much since we first moved in, with new buildings going up every month. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s convenient for people taking the bus or the metro. We have a water cooler and some old chairs in the waiting area for anyone who drops by. It’s a practical setup for a busy business. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized amidst all the local chaos.
