Lancesoft Inc

We've been running Lancesoft Inc out of Bangalore for a while now. It's just a regular office where we handle our daily work. Most of us take the bus or ride our scooters in every morning. The traffic here can be a real headache, but we manage. We aren't a big fancy operation with glass walls and free lattes. It's more of a desk-and-chair kind of setup. People come in, do what needs doing, and head home to their families. We try to keep things quiet and productive so everyone can get through their list. Sometimes we order tea from the stall nearby when it's raining. Bangalore has changed a lot since we started, but we're still in the same spot doing the same thing. There’s no big secret to how we work. We just show up and keep track of everything on our computers. It gets busy, and sometimes the internet acts up, but that's just part of life here. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or slogans. The focus is just on the tasks at hand. If you walked by, you probably wouldn't even notice us from the street. It’s a plain building, nothing special to look at. We like it that way because it keeps us grounded. Working in this city means dealing with the noise and the growth, but inside our doors, it's just a group of people putting in their hours and making sure the day-to-day stuff gets finished.
