Lalitha Telecom

Lalitha Telecom is located in Ulsoor at the Ajay Industrial Estate on Dhudheshwar Road 143. It's an old industrial area, so the surroundings are a bit grey and dusty. Our shop is right in the middle of all that activity. We handle a lot of mobile phone repairs and sell things like sim cards and chargers. The counter is usually a bit of a mess with open phones and tiny parts scattered around. We have a lot of people from the nearby factories coming in during their breaks to get their phones fixed or to add balance to their accounts. The heat from the road comes right into the shop, so the small ceiling fan has to work hard all day. We keep the spare parts in plastic bins behind the counter, but it’s always hard to find the right one when you're in a hurry. My shirt often gets stained with ink or grease from the work table. We have a small radio that plays old songs in the background. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked by big lorries, and it becomes very noisy. We stay open quite late because that's when most people are heading back from work. It's a simple business and we've been here for several years now. We don't have a big sign, just a small one over the door. People find us because we have been here so long. It's just us doing our daily work in this corner of the estate.
