Lakshmi Steel & Tubes

We’ve been running Lakshmi Steel & Tubes out here on Mysore Road for a good while now. Our spot is at 41315 Mylasandra, right near the Corporation Bank, so it’s easy enough to find if you’re coming down this way. The place is usually full of pipes and different kinds of steel stacked up. It gets pretty dusty with all the traffic passing by, but that’s just how it is on this side of town. Most days we are just busy loading things up or checking what’s left in the yard. It isn’t a fancy setup or anything. There is a lot of heavy lifting involved and the guys are always moving stuff around to make space for more tubes. People stop by because they know where we are. We just open the gates in the morning and get to work. Sometimes it’s quiet, other times there’s a line of people waiting. Being near the bank helps people describe where to turn off the main road. We don't spend much time on the computer or anything like that. Most of our time goes into handling the metal and talking to whoever walks in through the door. It’s a simple business, really. We just keep the steel organized as much as we can and try to keep things moving. If you’re around Mylasandra, you’ve probably seen our sign out front. It’s just us here working every day and making sure the orders are ready for whoever needs them.
