Lakshmi Saraswathi Transport

Our office is located at 6 Marutisevanagar in Tingare Nagar, right along Airport Road. You can hear the planes taking off and landing all through the day. It is a loud spot, but we have gotten used to it. We have a small yard for the trucks and a tiny room where we keep the records. There is always a lot of coming and going. Drivers stop in to hand over their logbooks and get their next assignments. The furniture is old and the paint is peeling a bit in the corners. We do not really care about the look of the place as long as the trucks are moving. There is a lot of dust from the road that settles on everything. We spend our time checking schedules and making sure the loads are ready. It is a lot of talking on the radio and the phone. We keep a big calendar on the wall to track where everyone is. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit muddy, but we just put on our boots and keep going. It is a simple transport business. We do not have fancy computers, just the basics. We just try to get the goods from one place to another without too much fuss. It is what we know how to do. The gate needs a good push to open sometimes, but we are used to its quirks.
