Lakshmi Natraja Refreshments

We started Lakshmi Natraja Refreshments right here in Nagarathpet Gidc 126 because there wasn't much around for people to grab a quick bite during their work breaks. It gets really busy in the afternoons when the factories nearby let out, and we usually have a small crowd waiting for their orders. We keep things pretty simple. There’s a kitchen in the back where we prep everything fresh every morning. Some days it is a bit chaotic if we run out of something popular, but we try to keep up with the demand. It’s mostly just a few of us working here, making sure the tea is hot and the snacks are ready. People know us for being regular and being open even when it rains hard. We don’t have fancy seating or anything like that. It is just a counter and some space to stand around and talk. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first opened at 126, but we are still here doing the same things every day. We know most of our regulars by their names or what they usually order. It is a lot of work, especially when the supplies don't show up on time, but we manage. We aren't trying to do anything big or special, just keeping the shop going. Sometimes the stove acts up or we have to fix a light, but that is just part of running a small place like this in the Gidc area.
