Lakshmi Fancy & General Stores

Lakshmi Fancy & General Stores is located over at No 43 on 5th Main Road in Ganganagar. This is a nice part of Bangalore, usually busy with people walking to the park or heading to the nearby markets. Our shop is one of those places where you can find a bit of everything. We have fancy items like hair clips, bangles, and ribbons, but also the regular things you need for the house. The shelves are quite crowded because we try to fit a lot of variety into a small area. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what a customer is asking for, but we usually know where everything is buried. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the small plastic containers and household items. We’ve been here for a while and know the neighborhood kids who come in for small treats or school supplies. The 5th Main Road gets its fair share of traffic, but it feels like a real community here. We don't have any corporate rules or fancy uniforms. It’s just us running the place and talking to the people who live nearby. We spend a lot of time just rearranging the display windows and keeping the dust off the glass counters. It’s a simple way to spend the day, serving the local residents of Ganganagar. We are just happy to be part of the street.
