La Casa

La Casa is located over in Chikka Bellandur, in the Kasavanahalli area. It’s a neighborhood that has grown quite fast recently. We have a decent amount of space here, and it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. We don't really go for a very corporate look. Instead, we have a lot of plants and the building itself has a more relaxed feel. It takes a lot of effort to keep the place looking okay. The garden area needs watering every day, and we are always cleaning up leaves. We serve food and drinks, and the kitchen stays busy most evenings. It’s not a fancy five-star place, just somewhere people can come as they are. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, or the service is a little slow when we are short-staffed, but we try to fix things as we go. We get a lot of younger people from the nearby apartments. They like to sit outside when the weather is nice. We didn't really have a grand plan when we started, we just wanted to have a place in Kasavanahalli where people felt comfortable. It’s just us running the place, trying to make sure everyone who comes in has what they need for a bit. The staff mostly lives nearby too, so it feels like a local spot for us as much as for the guests who visit.
