You can find us at 58-9-26 on Church Street, right across from Hotel Empire. It’s a very busy part of the city, and there’s always a lot of noise coming from the street. At L K Venture Corporation, we’re usually tucked away inside the office while the city rushes by outside. Being near the hotel means there’s always people walking around and plenty of places to grab a quick bite. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks, some old filing cabinets, and a phone that seems to ring at the most inconvenient times. We spend our days dealing with various business matters, mostly paperwork and making calls to keep things moving. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what keeps the lights on. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud we have to close the windows, which makes it a bit warm inside. We aren't trying to be anything fancy; we just do our jobs and try to stay on top of the list for the day. Lunchtime is usually the best part, just because of all the food options right outside our door on Church Street. It’s a constant buzz of activity, and we’re just one small part of it. We go through a lot of pens and paper, and the floor is always a bit scuffed from people coming in and out. It's a busy life.
