Krishtie Antique Art Sales

Krishtie Antique Art Sales is located at number 7, Airport Road in Domlur. It’s a very busy part of town with a lot of noise, but once you step inside our door, things feel a lot slower and quieter. We have a lot of old things packed into the space—statues, old wooden furniture, and bits of art that have been around a lot longer than we have. It’s honestly a bit of a struggle to keep the dust off everything. We spend a good chunk of our morning just wiping down surfaces and moving things around so people can actually walk through the aisles without bumping into anything. We aren't big experts who give long lectures; we just really like old stuff and enjoy finding interesting pieces to put in the shop. The lighting is a bit dim in some of the back corners, which I guess adds to the atmosphere, even if it wasn't really intentional. Sometimes someone will come in looking for something very specific, and we’ll spend an hour digging through the back room to see if we have it hidden away somewhere. Other days, we just sit and talk to the regulars who stop by just to see what’s new. It’s a relaxed way to run a business. We don't push people to buy anything. If something speaks to you, that’s great. If not, it’s just nice to have a chat.
