Krishna Fabirication

Krishna Fabirication is located over on Pune Satara Road in the RMV Extn area. It’s a gritty kind of place because of all the metal work we do day in and day out. You can hear the sound of the grinders and the welding machines from all the way down the street. The floor is made of concrete and it’s got plenty of burn marks and scratches from years of dragging iron beams across it. We don't have a fancy reception desk or air conditioning. Most of the time, the guys are just wearing their old work shirts covered in grease and metal dust. There are piles of scrap metal in the corners that we eventually get around to clearing out. When the rain starts hitting the metal roof, it gets so loud that you can't even hear the person standing next to you talking. We do a lot of heavy lifting and the work is hard on the hands. The office is just a small partitioned corner with a single fan and a calendar on the wall that is usually a few months behind. We take our lunches together sitting on whatever stools or crates are nearby. It’s a simple setup and we just focus on getting the fabrication pieces done and loaded onto the trucks. People know where to find us because of the sparks flying near the entrance.
