Out here in Bangalore, specifically in Nanjarasappa Layout, things are always a bit fast. We are tucked away near the Bank Colony on 1st Main Road. Raghu’s place at H No/12 is where the work happens. Dealing with life insurance and HR stuff means we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over stacks of resumes. It’s a busy corner of the city, and the 1st Cross can get pretty blocked up during peak hours. We handle a lot of different roles here, mostly trying to find the right people for jobs or helping folks figure out their insurance papers. It is a lot of paperwork, to be honest. Some days the office is loud with people coming in for interviews, and other days it’s just the sound of the fans and typing. We aren't a huge corporate setup with glass walls; it’s more of a practical space where we get things done. Being an HR executive and adviser means listening to a lot of stories and trying to make sense of what people need. It’s not always easy, but it keeps the days interesting. The neighborhood is okay, mostly families and other small offices like ours. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and most of the locals know where to find us if they have a question about their policies or a job opening. We just try to keep things simple and honest.
