Kosmik Bpo

Kosmik Bpo is located over in the Ex-Servicemen Colony in R.T. Nagar. Our address is AK 21 on 1st A Cross. It is a bit of a maze back here if you are not used to the turns, but it is a good neighborhood. We have been here in Bangalore, Karnataka for some time. The office is always buzzing with the sound of people talking on headsets. It is a BPO, so that is just part of the deal. We have rows of computers and some very tired-looking office chairs. We do not put on any airs about being a high-tech hub. We are just people trying to help customers solve their problems over the phone. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but it keeps us cool enough. We take turns bringing in snacks for the break room, which is really just a table in the back. Working here means getting used to the night shifts too. You see the city in a different way when you are leaving work at dawn. We do not have any fancy mission statements hanging on the wall. We just try to answer the calls and get through the day without too much trouble. It is hard work, but we have a good group of people here. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing.
